Directions: Place chopped celery and onion in a microwave-safe dish with the butter. Microwave on High power 4 to 5 minutes, stirring once or twice. Stir in flour, salt, and milk. Cover and microwave on High power 7 to 8 minutes, stirring once or twice. Stir and add cubed ham and the cheese product. Microwave on Medium power for 4 to 5 minutes. Serve warm.
