  Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1⁄2 cup chopped onion
4 teaspoons butter
1⁄4 cup flour
2 cups beef broth
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon, dissolved in 1 cup water
1 cup milk
1 (16-ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
4 ounces cream cheese
2 ounces Kraft VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product
1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 cup dill pickle relish
Sour cream and crumbled bacon for garnish (optional)

Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain; set aside. Saute onions in butter. Add flour to onion mixture. Add broths, milk, ground beef, and tomatoes. Stir in cream cheese and VELVEETA until melted. Season with pepper, salt, and pickle relish.
If desired, garnish with sour cream and crumbled bacon.
