Directions:
Heat oven to 350° F. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic in large nonstick skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is no longer pink, breaking up into 3/4-inch crumbles. Pour off drippings; season with salt and pepper, as desired. Stir in pasta sauce and water.
Spray two 2-cup baking dishes with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange refrigerated pasta evenly on bottom of each baking dish. Spoon beef mixture evenly over pasta; sprinkle cheese evenly over beef mixture.
Cover baking dishes with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes. Top with parsley, as desired. Makes 2 servings.
Tip: To serve four, double the ingredients and prepare according to recipe directions using an 8 x 8-inch baking dish. (From the Iowa Beef Industry Council.)
