basic cake ball pops


Fun-to-Do Fondue
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
½ cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (16-ounce) package frozen pound cake, thawed and cubed
1 package large marshmallows (optional)
Assorted fruits, cut up (optional)

Directions:
     Place sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips in a large microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute.
     Stir with wire whisk until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in whipping cream and vanilla, mixing until well blended.
     Dip pound cake pieces and, if desired, marshmallows and fruits into warm sauce. Makes 3 cups. Recipe from Sara Lee.
     TIP: Refrigerate leftover chocolate sauce, covered, for up to 4 days.
