Ingredients:
3 fresh mandarin oranges, peeled and separated into segments
1⁄4 cup sliced almonds, toasted*
1 6-ounce container low-fat vanilla yogurt
1⁄2 cup granola
1⁄3 cup seedless raspberry jam/preserves, stirred to thin consistency |
Directions:
In glasses or goblets layer ingredients in this order: mandarin segments, almonds, yogurt, granola, and jam; repeat twice.
*Note: To toast almonds, heat in a small nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, for 3 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned and fragrant. Remove from heat; let cool. (Recipe from Cuties Citrus)
