Directions:
In a pot, sift together the flour, sugar and salt. Pour in milk and stir well to blend.
Whisk the eggs and pour into milk mixture. Stir continuously over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Let cool and then stir in the vanilla and lemon flavoring.
Add the half and half.
Place in ice cream freezer. Finish filling the container with milk and churn!
